Two balls of the same mass were dropped from different heights. The ball that was dropped from a higher position will have a greater gravitational pull acting on it than the other.

Gravitational force is dependent only on mass and not height. This is often confused with gravitational potential energy which is determined by both mass and height of the object. Therefore, since both balls are of the same mass, they will have the same amount of gravitational pull acting on them.
